I can confirm this. FIZ MAKEUP is the most rude salon service I have ever encountered. And she will NOT give you the straightening treatment she promises you. You are really better off going to other salons. DO NOT be tempted by the cheap price they advertise. I went for a straightening treatment, and after 2 months of her email and verbal abuse she still has not give the rework I need because she made my hair worse off, more frizzy and nowhere straighte like she promised.

I'm not even sure if she has a license to operate as she makes you go to her house for the treatment and she says she is still studying at beauty school. ~~YIKES! Avoid FIZ MAKEUP at all costs!
